WHy is it that I can not download this template as indicated? When I try to follow through on downloading it, I am re-directed to "Soft Trials".

I have been looking and looking for a template that takes up the entire page, and one in which the extra columns are wide enough to do something with, instead of very thin and good for nothing but google ads. This is the first template I have seen that is what I'd like.
I am not able to download it. So please tell me how I can get it. What is your price? ha. Thank you Mauriya!
